We ship all orders within 3-4 business days.

Aside from one being cotton and the other being wood, there are many differences when it comes to the burn. Cotton wicks tend to “mushroom” meaning they get a lot of build up on the tips of the wick causing burn issues and possible soot. Wooden Wicks tend to burn much cleaner and even meaning there is less of a chance of soot building up.

We do not accept returns on physical items. However, if you receive a damaged product, a replacement or refund will be granted. If this happen, please email us at thinzarnyc@gmail.com for assistance.
