How The Wicked World Was Made

When you saw the title of my blog post, what came to your mind? Did you imagine a wicked world? Our minds are wired differently and the way we perceive information differently fascinate me. I used this title from a chapter of the book “Range” by David Epstein that I would like to write about. I think we all can use reminders to check in with ourselves time to time as we live our lives in this constantly changing and challenging world. There is no finish line in life. There are only constant growth, new interests, new challenges, and a new range of skills to gain. “Range” offers a wealth of thought-provoking material that readers can use to think and navigate possibilities. The main point I took away from the book is the importance of having many interests, different skills, visions, and courage to better match oneself with possibilities.
